Logic-based government for citizens. Every decision of the state must be made with logic and critical thinking, aimed at a safer, smarter, stronger, and richer quality of life for Canadian citizens first and foremost. That is the supreme priority. Not donors in the dark. Not identity fashion. Not applause abroad at citizens’ expense.

Fully auditable government is how that priority is kept: if the books cannot be checked, “citizens first” is only a speech. Merit, secure borders, honest food, disciplined youth, and a surplus for the long term are not side projects — they are what logic requires once citizens are supreme.

What the law becomes

Here is the country under the Maple Leaf — stated plainly. Beside it, the ground we inherit, so the change is clear. We do not measure ourselves against anyone else. We simply are.

1 · 5 · 10 years in power

If Maple holds federal power (and where possible provincial allies), this is the arc. Some fruit is early. The harvest of surplus, cohesion, and a world-class dollar takes patience.

Targets are aims under discipline, not magic. Healing culture and health takes years. The plan is honest about that.

A house with no windows invites thieves; a ledger with no daylight invites the same.

1. Open-source government

Taxes feed one Public Treasury — fully public. Every dollar sits on a blockchain-grade ledger. Donors public. Contracts open. Numbers that do not add up are fraud: investigation, charges, and deliberate falsification branded fiscal treason.

2. Healthcare reform

Citizens and permanent residents only. Under 25: full public coverage. Over 25: a random merit exam — fit and clean habits get full coverage; real improvement gets partial; preventable bad habits without progress means you pay for non-emergency care. Emergency always stabilizes first.

Three saplings under one roof should not be taxed as if the forest were already grown.

3. Tax reform

Three dependent children, while the parents are married or common-law together: zero personal income tax for both parents. Deep deductions on the path for 1–2 kids. Open waste cuts and hard-money rules so inflation stops silently taxing you.

If the pantry lies about what is in the jar, the body pays the bill.

4. Food reform

Full public disclosure of what is in food. Whole and healthy food tax-favoured; ultra-processed taxed harder. Total ban on advertising ultra-processed and otherwise unhealthy food products — not a soft “restriction,” a ban on the sales pitch that makes disease profitable. Gambling ads banned. Kids protected from UPF push.

What we glamorize, we harvest — addiction is a crop we refuse to farm for the state.

5. Vice laws

Adult rules by harm. Children protected. No glamorizing addiction. New drug ages, commercial porn ban, and a full ban on gambling advertising.

• Ban commercial and public porn — production, sale, platforms, public posting.
• Private non-commercial adult only; not publicly accessible.
• Non-consensual distribution stays a hard crime.

Porn is not neutral entertainment. It is tied to higher aggression, warped expectation, and lost hours — a tax on attention and on peace in the home. A ban, especially shielding the young, reduces crime risk and raises productivity as a generation grows up without industrial saturation. That fruit takes years. We need patience to heal.

Gambling ads

Full ban on gambling advertising. Addiction will not be farmed for the state’s gain.

Leaves may fall from a tree if exposed to the elements. A people that will not guard its canopy will not keep its shade.

6. Immigration & secure borders

Immigration serves Canadians first. The border is real. We admit what we do not already have at home in surplus — skill that net benefits citizens — and we refuse what would hollow wages, housing, or the law.

Secure borders

• Control of entry is not optional. End catch-and-release theatre at the line.
• End of asylum as a mass loophole. True, verified cases only; hard timelines; failed claims mean removal — not years of residence by delay.
• Immediate deportation of violent criminal non-citizens. Violent crime triggers removal priority; appeals do not become a multi-year stay by default.

Who may enter

• Skilled immigration only as the default — high skill that fills a verified gap Canada does not already have in surplus at home.
• Admission must benefit the country: wages, housing, fiscal balance, and social trust — not lobby fashion.
• Capacity formula: inflows track housing, hospitals, schools, and labour need. Volume is not a virtue.
• Temporary worker and student streams capped and audited — not a back door to permanent mass settlement.

Scrutiny, culture, and renunciation

• Heightened scrutiny for security and loyalty to Canadian criminal law and equality of persons under the law — with independent oversight so screening is not a black box of political favour.
• Extra scrutiny where home systems normalize violence, unequal legal status of the sexes, honour/izzat coercion, caste discrimination, or deception-as-norm against Canadian criminal and equality law.
• That includes theocratic doctrines (including strains of Islamic law that place divine rule above the Criminal Code, license violence, or mandate unequal status of women and non-believers) and caste / honour systems that punish exit, “dishonour,” or lower caste. Frame is doctrine and practice, not blood or ethnicity.
• Entrants must renounce and not practice such rules as a condition of entry and status. Breach is grounds for refusal or removal.

Religion and Canadian law

Freedom of religion does not license violence, unequal treatment under law, or defiance of the Criminal Code. Where a belief system’s binding public rules require that conflict, those rules are not protected practice under Maple policy. The same standard applies to every religion and belief system — no sacred exemption for caste, honour violence, or theocratic supremacy.

A nation that will not train its young will hire its fate from strangers.

7. National service instead of grade 10

Schools by merit and competence. Sex-real fitness standards where safety requires it. Gifted testing.

One year of mandatory national service replaces grade 10 as the great passage of youth — a headliner, not a footnote. Every eligible young Canadian serves: military discipline, fitness, teamwork, civic duty. A year is enough to solidify habits of order without devouring a life. Default is training and contribution, not combat deployment.

Why this serves nearly everyone

• The young: structure, fitness, skills, networks — a rite of passage that is earned, not bought.
• Families: less drift into idleness and crime; clearer path after school.
• Employers: workers who show up, take instruction, and finish tasks.
• The nation: cohesion, emergency readiness, a reservoir of trained citizens; less need to import “discipline” we refused to teach.
• Defence: a broader base of trained people without peacetime conscription into combat.

• Merit education: no identity quotas in grading or gifted access.
• Fitness: male/female standards where physiology matters for safety.
• Gifted: monitored ability testing → accelerated tracks.
• Homeschool: equal tools and exam pathways — end hostility to competent home education.
• Tracks: civil defence, infrastructure, health support, conservation, or military training path by fit and need.

What changes for you

Not slogans — concrete shifts in money, health, streets, and the next generation. Middle first. Builders invited to stay. Working Canadians get a real ladder.

How the deficit shrinks (illustrative annual channels, steady state after phase-in)

• Open State waste & fraud: ~1.5–3% of federal program expense recoverable → ~$6–15B/yr (mid ~$10B). Probability of ≥$6B with real ledger + contracts: high if enforced.
• Preventable health load: 15–25% cut in avoidable lifestyle disease pressure on a ~$399B system over a decade → order of ~$15–40B/yr system-wide (fed + prov) mid case ~$25B; federal fiscal share via transfers and tax room is a fraction — model as ~$5–12B federal room + large provincial room.

• Years 4–10: health, food, crime, and productivity compound; aim is not a thin balance but an immense surplus.
• Surplus use: invest through a Canadian sovereign wealth fund (SWF) — national capital for the long term, not annual fashion spending.
• GDP per capita (not just total GDP) is the scoreboard — fewer empty population boosts, more output and order per person.

Dollar among the world’s strongest

• Surplus + low inflation mandate → CAD that holds purchasing power.
• Resource settlement in CAD; capital that stays under fair open rules.
• Aim after a disciplined decade: one of the strongest currencies on earth, with minimal inflation — earned, not declared.

Crime, alcohol, immigration — second-order benefits

• Secure borders + skilled-only: fewer capacity shocks; lower chance of importing criminal networks; wage floor protection for workers already here.
• Immediate removal of violent non-citizens: direct cut in victimizations attributable to that set; justice system capacity freed for citizen cases.
• Repeat offenders: higher expected cost of reoffending → fewer cycles (elasticity uncertain; direction clear).
• Higher alcohol/cannabis age + gambling ad ban: less youth initiation; less alcohol-linked assault and disorder over a generation (lags; mid confidence).
• National service (instead of grade 10): after 5–10 years of cohorts, a country with military-style habits of order — cohesion, fitness, readiness — crime and drift fall; prosperity can flourish.
• Porn ban: lower aggression, higher focus; crime down, productivity up — especially once youth are no longer industrial consumers. Healing takes time.
